**Role Summary**:
The role of a Waiter or Waitress (Waitstaff) is to provide excellent customer service to guests in a restaurant or dining establishment. No prior experience is required, making this an ideal entry-level position for individuals interested in the hospitality industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus, provide recommendations, and answer questions about menu items.
- Take orders accurately and promptly from guests and communicate them to the kitchen staff.
- **Order Management**:

- Ensure that all orders are prepared correctly and delivered to the correct table in a timely manner.
- Monitor tables and anticipate guests' needs, such as refilling drinks and providing additional condiments.
- **Table Maintenance**:

- Set tables with utensils, napkins, and other necessary items before guests arrive.
- Clear tables of used dishes and utensils promptly after guests finish their meals.
- Ensure that tables are clean and presentable for the next guests.
- **Payment Handling**:

- Present bills to guests, process payments accurately, and return change or receipts promptly.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions securely and in accordance with company policies.
- **Teamwork and Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other waitstaff to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate orders and provide seamless service to guests.

**Qualifications**:

- **Skills**: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**: No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- **Certifications**: Any relevant food safety or hospitality certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
