**Responsibilities**:

- Managing minor projects from planning, getting quotation, monitoring and closure (new outlet setup, renovation & reinstatement works etc)
- Assist the team in doing paperwork and documentation
- Aid in the coordination of project-related activities and tasks.
- Fulfilling tasks assigned by a superior.
- Performs other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management.

**Requirements**:

- A valuable team player and able to work independently.
- Proactive problem solving, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
- Well versed in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good written/spoken of Bahasa Malaysia & English (intermediate level)
- Able to communicate and coordinate with vendors to execute any projects/task given.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
- Internship position(s) for duration minimum 3 month(s)

**Job Type**: Internship

**Salary**: RM800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
