Job Summary:

  • Updating client employee databases by prepare import template for employee information and employment details.
  • Assist to prepare Payroll, Leave and Claim transaction import data for HRMS System
  • Review and check data or transaction reconciliation for HRMS
  • Update salary and statutory information of employee for APAC country
  • Study and understand HR Management software specification with seniors' guidance.
  • Prepare HR management system step guides presentation according to client policies setting
  • Prepare HR project documents and follow instructions of senior's
  • Learning Human Resources Management System set up and client's HR policies, employee benefits, and other HRrelated matters.

This role is the right fit for you, if you are/have:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources / administration / management, or equivalent.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and BM.
  • Able to always maintain private and confidential matters.
  • Selfdriven and motivated individual, who is always eager to learn and grow.
  • Meticulous with keen attention to details and likes to work with data.
  • Able to work independently and is a good team player.
  • Have own transport and willing to be based in Kepong.
