Position : Assistant HR Manager
Salary : RM 4,500 - RM 7,500
Location : Kepong
Working Days / Time : 8.30am - 5.30pm / Mon - Fri
**Job Scope**
- Develops and administers programs, procedures, guidelines to help align the workforce with strategic goals of company by organise effective communication of all HR, monitor the implementation to ensure they are being followed by all level of employees.
- Oversee the employee whole life cycle by maintaining and update of all HR and related databases including of confirmation, promotion and performance review, Eg personnel information, jobs and vacancies within the company and filing system to serve HRMS and payroll system purposes.
- Bridge between management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and other issues.
- Overseeing the full payroll cycle to be on time and accurate.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- 3-5 years working experience in Human Resources field.
- Good interpersonal skills, good listener, able to interact with all level of people.
- Demonstrate discretion and sound judgment while working with sensitive and confidential materials.
- Ability to solve complex problems; resourceful and takes initiative to seek internal and external resources when problem-solving.
- Team player who acts with a sense of urgency and adapts to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Effective and concise verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
