HR Manager

Develop and administer programs, procedures, guidelines to help align the workforce with strategic goals of Company by organise effective communication of all HR, monitor the implementation to ensure they are being followed by all level of employees.
- Review, monitor and be in charged of payroll calculations to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Oversee the employee whole life cycle by maintaining and update of all HR and related databased including confirmation, promotion and performance review. E.g. personnel information and filing system to serve HRMS and payroll system purposes.
- Bridge between management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and other issues.
- Improve effectiveness of managrs by providing process support and guidance which includes job mapping, workforce management, performance management and self-service tools.
- Manage end to end talent aquisition functions i.e. sourcing, interviewing, salary proposal, hiring plan and anticipate hiring needs.
**; Requirements**:
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- 8-10 years working experience in HR field (software industry will be added advantage).
- Good interpersonal skills, good listener, able to interact with all level of people.
- Demonstrate discretion and sound judgment while working with sensitive and confidential materials.
- Ability to solve complex problems; resourceful and takes initiative to seek internal and external resources when problem-solving.
- Team player who acts with a sense of urgency and adapts to a face-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Effective and excellent verbal and written english communication skills; ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
