Efficiently record and maintain attendance records to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee attendance data.
- Manage and process Medical Certificates (MC) in accordance with company policies, maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity.
- Facilitate and coordinate meetings, including room reservations, agenda preparation, and follow-up on action items.
- Administer Annual Leave processes, accurately tracking and updating leave balances while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Develop and provide standard operating procedures (SOP) to streamline processes and enhance organizational efficiency.
- Formulate and communicate HR policies, ensuring alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.
- Prepare and organize various HR documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and employee handbooks.
- Process payments and prepare payment vouchers (PV) accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to financial guidelines.
- Oversee the timely and proper conclusion of daily activities, ensuring a smooth transition during the knock-off period.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
