To monitor employees' files and update with complete details.
- Collecting time sheets and attendance records from Patrolling Officers.
- To ensure a guard is registered with KDN (vetting) within 24 hours.
- To ensure guards have done their Biometric with JPN prior to starting their job.
- To ensure guards have their appointment letter prior to starting their job.
- To ensure an updated record of all staff status (probation/confirmation).
- Assisting in hiring staff/guard and their details should be kept in a proper filing
system.
- To assist HR and Admin (HQ) monitor and manage about Nepalese guards'
arrangement such as renewal permit, passport, FOMEMA, salary and check out
memo.
- Ensure inventories are updated accordingly (Uniform, PPE and other items belongs
to the company).
- All purchases must be submitted using the requisition form and with the approval
from HR Executive/Branch Manager.
- To ensure renewal of company vehicle road tax/insurance to be done before due
date at least one (1) month in advance.
- Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and Admin duties such as
submitting invoices to clients.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Go getter who can take initiative and work independently.
