Account Clerk/assistant

Requirement:
- Min 1 year experience in accounting field.
- Can start immediately
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
Responsibilities:
- Assist to handle all accounting, clerical and administrative functions of Accounting and Admin department.
- Handling accounting data entry, matching of accounting documents and filing works.
- Update collections and payment ledgers.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation, AR & AP.
- Assist in month end closing and preparation of management account.
- Assist in annual audit.
- Maintaining proper filing and record system.
- Liaise with other department to collect related information.
- Assist in daily operational duties and undertake any ad-hoc assignments as assigned by superior.
- Familiar with SQL is an advantage.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
