Requirement:

  • Min 1 year experience in accounting field.
  • Can start immediately
  • Must be fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist to handle all accounting, clerical and administrative functions of Accounting and Admin department.
  • Handling accounting data entry, matching of accounting documents and filing works.
  • Update collections and payment ledgers.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliation, AR & AP.
  • Assist in month end closing and preparation of management account.
  • Assist in annual audit.
  • Maintaining proper filing and record system.
  • Liaise with other department to collect related information.
  • Assist in daily operational duties and undertake any adhoc assignments as assigned by superior.
  • Familiar with SQL is an advantage.

Pay:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month

  • Seri Kembangan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
