**Responsibility**
- Performance daily accounting duties in relation to account payable and receivable including
- Recording AP / AR invoices in to accounting system by generating aging report.
- Raising Payment Voucher, and electronic instruction in banking portal
- Liaising with supplier on invoices matter
- Account Recievable : knock off payment via accounting system by generating aging report.
- Monthly Reconciliation: Bank Accounts, Suppliers’ / Customer Statement of Account and follow up with disputed invoices.
- Ensure all AR /AP invoices, payment voucher are properly filed.
- Update shopee / lazada payment received and invoice
- Company rental / motor vehicle instament arrangement
- Salary & commission calculation

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Attendance bonus
- Commission pay
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- LCCI or Diploma in Accounting (required)
