- Attend to incoming and outgoing phone customer phone calls
- Handle clients’ inquiries and provide assistance
- Monitor documents despatch and received
- Recording documents flow and filing

Required:

- Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Knowledge in SQL will be added in advantage
- Language required: English,Bahasa Malaysia
