**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the HR team with various tasks related to human resources and administrative functions.
- Help maintain HR records and organize HR-related activities.
- Prepare, review, and manage HR and administrative documents.
- Ensure document accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations.
- Be flexible in taking on miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.
- Assist with office management and equipment maintenance.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel for document and data handling.
- At least a **Diploma or equivalent** in a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
- Basic HR knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn and adapt within the role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: From RM2,200.00 per month
