HR Associate

We are looking to employ an HR associate with outstanding administrative and communication skills. An HR associate is expected to be a conceptual thinker with superb organizational and time management skills. You must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize to a fast-paced environment.
To ensure success, HR associate should display remarkable conflict management and decision-making skills with a solid understanding of employee relationships, staffing management, and payroll and benefits administration.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
- Maintain the HR calendar of the whole group.
- Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
- Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.
- Communicate with public services when necessary
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events and maintain agendas.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc)
- Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Research and implement new or revamp existing policies and procedures.
**Requirements**:
- English and Chinese speaking as you'll be liaising with foreign counterparts.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws
- Willingness to learn about labor laws of other countries.
- Effective administration and people management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately follow instructions.
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently
**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
