We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization. As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in various HR functions to ensure the seamless operation of our workforce. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of HR tasks, including:
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Recruitment and Onboarding of new employees.
- Handle employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies.
- Foster positive employee relations and contribute to a supportive work environment.
- Assisting in setting up new payroll system, process payroll and statutory contributions accurately and in a timely manner, including deductions, allowances, and benefits.
- Administer employee benefits programs such as flexible employee benefits and leave management.
- Identify training needs, coordinate training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Assist in performance appraisal processes, including goal setting, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with managers to address performance issues and develop improvement plans.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Generate HR reports and analyze data to support decision-making and strategic HR initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support, including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in organizing company events and celebrations.

**Job Requirement**:

- Posses Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration and equivalent.
- Good understanding on EA1955 and IR Act 1967.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications. (Power Point, Word and Excel)
- Able to work adapt environment fast and work under minimum supervision.
- Good working attitude and high integrity to keep information confidential.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
