Job Scopes:

- Recruitment-related:_

3. Assist in access card, mobile phones preparation for any relevant new employees before they on-board

4. Assist in coordinating for interviews, if needed

5. Scan, photocopy and courier out the approved Offer Letter / BAFs to the relevant parties
- Exit Management related:_

1. Assist in printing / getting ready the necessary documents for Acceptance of Resignation (AOR) letter preparation, including generating attendance record for the relevant employees

2. Assist in arranging the employees to come to HR office to sign the AOR

3. Scan, photocopy and courier out the AOR after management’s acceptance

4. Filing for the completed documents
- Other tasks:_

1. Responsible for stationery purchase, including liaising with other departments on their requests as well as liaising with suppliers/vendors and

2. Responsible for the management of toiletries and cleaners

3. Contact contractors for office management / repair purposes, e.g. air-con, piping, photocopying machines, lift, faulty issues with doors, lights, etc

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
