We are currently seeking a Retail Sales Coordinator to join our team in the heart of APW Bangsar. As a Retail Sales Coordinator, you will play an important role in ensuring our customers receive and exceptional shopping experience while representing our brand in a professional and knowledgeable manner.

**What you will be doing?**
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and assisting them with their shopping needs.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Demonstrate an understand of the luxury fashion industry and stay up-to-date with current trends and styles.
- Meet individual and team sales target through effective selling techniques.
- Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve sales and customer service skills.

**What we need from you?**
- Previous experience in luxury fashion retail sales is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledgeable about fashion trends, brands, and designers.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
