**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Call and chase overdue borrowers and keep tracking outstanding debts
- Conduct field visits to negotiate settlements
- Locate and contact debtors
- Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans
- Handle customers' questions or complaints
- Identify gaps in the system and recommend solutions
- Build trust with debtors
- Update account status and database regularly with internal department
- Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities
- Maintain a professional conduct and adhere to company policies
- Any other adhoc duties

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year experience with debt collection
- Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines
- Knowledge of relevant legal requirements
- Good knowledge of MS Office and databases
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- High school diploma is preferred
- Fresh Graduated are encourage to apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
