Cashier Supervisor

monitoring the daily operations of cashier counters closely and ensure smooth customer flow at all cashier points or check-out counter
- To be well-informed of any insufficient cash deposit and make the necessary arrangements for replenishment.
- To check the cash level of cashier counters from time to time to ensure that the amount of cash in the cash register machine does not exceed the limit.
- To read the total sales figures on all cash register machines and to be present at the Check-out Counters to clear the cash register machine for the Cashiers.
- To check and verify and all receipt errors and to determine cashiers’ short and over figures and maintain the proper records.
- To attend to customers’ inquiries and provide the necessary assistance to them.
- To assist as Cashier or Packer as and when it is necessary.
- To prepare duty roster for the subordinates and to arrange for staff meal breaks.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience as a Cashier Leader. Department Store experience will be an added advantage.- Strong leadership skills with positive attitude and good problem solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and is able to work well with all levels of staff.
- Good command of language both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
