What Will Your Mission Be - Research and implement SEO recommendations for website architecture, content, internal linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords and online visibility. - Working with the client’s website developer to implement analytics code, metadata, tracking pixels, and work out tracking and other technical issues. - Ongoing SEO efforts, including but not limited to: keyword research, on-page optimisations (including keyword insertion, metadata, etc.) landing page optimisation, and conversion optimisation. - Collaborating with clients and agency partners to create, implement, QA, measure, and iterate ongoing SEO strategies. - Analysing and interpreting campaign performance data and reports. - Understanding of how to maximise crawl budget, remedy site performance issues, and implement/troubleshoot structured data using a variety of tools and technology. - Uncovering, understanding, and achieving client goals and business objectives through campaign customisation. - Recommending and executing strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals. - Assisting in the development and execution of communication/content strategies via social communities in coordination with SEO goals. - Ensuring that all client deliverables include actionable insights and analysis of past results, performance trends, relevant industry best practices, recommendations, and next steps. - Managing service line client relationships which includes regular phone conversations and in-person/online meetings. - Keeping pace with SEO, search engine, social media, and internet marketing industry trends and developments. Who Are We Looking For - Strong understanding and knowledge of GA and GTM. - Ability to conduct critical analysis and identify key insights. - Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills. - Proactive and self-motivated. - High level of accuracy and attention to detail. - Ability to prioritise, and perform under tight deadlines. - Certifications/qualifications in Analytics, Data Studio, and/or other key marketing platforms are a plus. - Ability to effectively communicate with clients. - Proficiencies in the use of Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables). - Creative and thoughtful experience in presentation build-outs is a plus. - Excellent command of spoken and written English. - Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage to support the Malaysia market. - Mandariń is an added advantage to support the Malaysia (Simplified Chinesé), Hong Kong & Taiwan (Traditional Chinesé) market. - Motivated to provide best-in-class service to our clients while helping expand our agency search expertise. - Thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing, detail-oriented digital advertising agency Environment. - Ability to commute daily to Mid Valley Office (post-pandemic) and is effective and comfortable to support Work-From-Home mode.
