**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a talented and experienced SEO/SEM Specialist to join our marketing team. As an SEO/SEM Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve our website's visibility, drive organic traffic, and optimize our search engine marketing campaigns. Your expertise in search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) will play a crucial role in driving our online presence and achieving our business goals. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.
- Perform thorough keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
- Conduct on-page and off-page optimization, including meta tag optimization, content optimization, link building, and technical SEO enhancements.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and Google Analytics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize organic search traffic.
- Plan, execute, and optimize search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising and remarketing initiatives.
- Conduct keyword research for PPC campaigns and create compelling ad copies to drive quality traffic and maximize conversions.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance, including bid management, ad copy testing, and landing page optimization.
- Analyze campaign data and provide regular reports on key metrics, such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital assets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging digital marketing technologies to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Provide SEO/SEM guidance and recommendations to cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development teams.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as an SEO/SEM Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO/SEM best practices.
- Experience with SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Moz, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and optimize website content.
- Familiarity with on-page and off-page optimization techniques, including meta tags, content optimization, and link building strategies.
- Strong understanding of PPC advertising platforms, such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Experience with bid management, ad copy creation, and A/B testing for PPC campaigns.
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to drive insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Certifications in SEO/SEM, such as Google Ads certifications, are a plus.
