**Position : Account Assistant**
**Location : City Square, JB.**
**Working Days : 5 days a week**
**Salary : RM2,500 - RM3,200**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Issue invoice and prepare letter to relevant parties.
- Data entry into the accounting system.
- Prepare reconciliation of account payables.
- Prepare payment for account payables.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintain systematic filing system of the Company’s day to day accounting transactions.
- Check invoices and follow-up on outstanding invoices on a timely basis.
- Liaise with third party providers, clients, and suppliers.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.
- Working day : Mon - Friday, Working time : 9am - 6pm

**Requirements:

- Posssess minimum Diploma / Degree
- Minimum 1 year of working experience
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
- Mandarin speak, able to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
