**Responsibilities**:

- Carry out inspection rounds of all machinery rooms, public area and report any defects or situations that requires attention.
- Assist in rectifying all defects and responding to all breakdown requests in the most efficient and professional manner possible.
- Assist with the operation, maintenance, upgrade and installation of all building systems.
- Assist in Energy Conservation by ensuring all machines are cleaned, and maintained to the highest standard.
- Adhere to the Engineering, Fire Life & Safety Matrix & Audit requirement to ensure optimum performance of the properties essential services during an emergency situation.
- Carry out the role of Emergency Response Team Member or Support team Member.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Preferably background specializing in Building maintenance or equivalent.
