We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant and Personal Driver. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive support to our senior executives, ensuring efficient management of their schedules, and facilitating effective communication with various stakeholders in both the government and private sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Appointment Coordination**:

- Schedule and manage appointments for courtesy visits with government officials and private sector executives, ensuring a seamless and efficient itinerary.
- **Client Engagement**:

- Maintain and enhance relationships with current clients through regular communication and follow-ups, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- **Executive Support**:

- Manage the comprehensive schedule of the executives, including organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements to optimize their time and commitments effectively.
- **Meeting Facilitation**:

- Prepare and conduct minutes for all meetings attended by the executives, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up on action items.
- **Driving Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a personal driver for the executives, responsible for safe and timely transportation to various appointments and engagements.
- **Ad-hoc Duties**:

- Perform other related tasks as requested by the executives, which may include administrative support, project assistance, or coordination of special events.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar administrative support role.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proficient in minute-taking and documentation, with attention to detail.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and experience in driving executives.
- Flexibility and willingness to perform varying tasks as per the executives' needs.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
