**QUALIFICATION**:

- Well verse in 8D report writing, problem solving tools, lean manufacturing and other QA tools.
- Have related work experience with IPC-A610 and ESD ANSI 20.20 standard.
- Have experience as internal auditor or process auditor.
- Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001 would be an added advantage.
- Good written and oral communication in English.
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent of the education level.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in related field.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
1. Responsible in planning and coordinating Incoming, In-process, Pre-Packing and Pre-Shipment Inspection as per established procedures and work instructions.

2. Responsible for the preparation and establishment of QA/QC related product specification, control plan and procedures.

3. To report on any deviation or nonconformities found during daily inspection to customer and internal team members.

4. Responsible of issuance of Corrective Action/Preventive Action (CAPA) related to production QC department.

5. Responsible to respond to any customer complaints and feedback in a timely manner on matter related to production under QC department.

6. Responsible and manage QC production related quality records.

7. Provide training and guidance to QC leader and QC operator on their task and responsibility. Small team of 4-5 personal only.8

8. Assists in the preparation, coordinating and handling the internal and external audit.

9. Control all aspects of the Company’s Quality Program including receiving, in-process and final inspection in order to ensure that products consistently meet specification.

10. Other assigned duties by superior / management from time to time.

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
