Job Duties:
Duties:Involve in daily production and responsible for R&D of New Pastry Menu

Job Responsibilities:
1. Involve in daily production and prepare a wide variety of pastry such as cakes, cookies, pies, etc. following recipes

2.Create new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers 3.Research and develop new product in line with the direction company is heading 4.Calculate cost of product / recipe

5.Collect information about bakery trend and develop the idea

6.Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting.

7.Ensure excellent quality throughout the pastry offerings

8.Guide and motivate pastry assistants and bakers to work more efficiently

9.Identify staffing needs and help recruit and train personnel

10.Able to recognize superior quality products, ingredients, presentations and flavors

11.Serve as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviors

12.Establish positive company culture and deliver correct value within the companies. 13.Responsible for small item procurement (Packaging / Decoration / Ingredients) for department need.

14.Other ad-hoc relevant duties assigned by management.

15.Maintain effective communication with peers, subordinates and BOD.

Authority:
1. The right to suggest work improvement

2. The right to inspect the work of subordinates

3. The right to judge the disputes of subordinates in the work

4. The right to evaluate the management level, service level and performance of the subordinates

5. The right to develop the products and suggest idea

6. The right to purchase raw material / ingredients / packaging for the product

7. The right to arrange/allocate man power within department with BOD / Leader / HOD.

Qualification:
1. Good knowledge of different types of pastry, dessert, cake decorating.

2. In-depth knowledge in various raw ingredients using in creating pastry and flavours.

3. 3Posses professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, afternoons and evenings.

5. Positive attitude and Good communication skills.

6. 3 Years of experience in pastry cooking or Pastry Chef Experience.

2) COGS of New Products

3) Sales Performance of New Products

4) Production Efficiency

5) Personal Attitude
