Responsibilities
- To prepare, arrange and ensure timely submission of statutory forms, returns and notifications in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act 2016 and other authorities
- To prepare and draft board and members’ circular resolutions or minutes as and when required
- To maintain and update statutory records in compliance with the Companies Act 2016
- To liaise with external parties such as auditors, lawyers, local authorities etc
- To assist and perform all duties and responsibilities related to company secretarial matters
- To carry out any other duties and assignments as may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
- CGI (ICSA) qualification, CGQP (ICSA) finalist or currently pursuing CGQP (ICSA) programme
- At least 3-5 years relevant working experience, exposure in public listed companies is an added advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, proactive, independent and meticulous
- Proficient in both spoken and written Malay, English and Mandarin (added advantage)
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision, render relevant corporate secretarial support and meet deadlines
- Well versed with the Companies Act 2016 and Listing Requirements, corporate secretarial practice and other related regulatory requirements
