**Responsibilities**:

- To assist in maintaining and updating of all statutory records including register book, minutes book etc.;
- To assist in preparing Directors’ Resolution, Minutes and Statutory Forms, Annual Return, Circulation of Financial Statements for submission to SSM, Stamping Office (IRB) and relevant authorities via e-services platform such as MyCoID, MBRS, e-stamping;
- To assist in all aspect of company secretarial duties, other related functions and all relevant statutory requirement and guidelines;
- To perform other ad-hoc secretarial duties as and when required;
- Attend to clients on their needs of company secretarial matters and compliance requirements.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience handling corporate secretarial work in a management firm. Experience in supervising and coaching a subordinate is an added advantage.
- Familiar with the Companies Act 2016, Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance and best practices in corporate governance and practices.
- Good written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills.
- Young, dynamic and willing to learn.
- Meticulous, able to multi-task, good team player and has strong interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Secretary: 2 years (preferred)

- Bahasa (preferred)

License/Certification:

- LICENSE SECRETARY (preferred)
