Sales Admin Clerk

JR-Tech Solution Sdn Bhd (200901013633) was established in year 2009 that provides Total F&B Solution which includes cost-effective approaches in kitchen design and build. We also supply kitchen equipment and provide prompt training on equipment’s operation and maintenance services.
**Key responsibilities of the role**:
- Coordinate & supporting the sales team including prepare all sales quotations.
- Provide support to sales team and assist management with any other ad-hoc administrative tasks from time to time when require.
- Carry out administrative tasks such as data input, data measurement, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents
**Requirements**:
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
- Details orientated and meticulous.
- Hands on PC knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power point.
- Hardworking, fast learner and able to adapt to fast pace working environment.
- Strong planning and organization skills to prioritize work and completed within the timelines.
- Immediate available will be an advantage
- Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply.
