**Responsibilities**:
**Import Documentation**:

- Review, prepare, and ensure the accuracy of all import documentation, including bills of lading,

commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Verify that import documents adhere to customs regulations, including tariff codes and other

requirements.
- Implement a systematic document management system for easy retrieval and record-keeping.

**Customs Compliance**:

- Stay informed about evolving customs regulations, import laws, and trade agreements.
- Collaborate with customs brokers to expedite the clearance of goods through customs.
- Address and resolve customs-related issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.

**Communication and Coordination**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company, clients, and all relevant stakeholders

involved in the import process.
- Communicate with shipping lines, carriers, and customs authorities to monitor the progress of

shipments and resolve any issues.
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding the status of their imports.

**Logistics Management**:

- Plan and coordinate the transportation and delivery of imported goods to their final destinations.
- Optimize logístical operations to reduce costs, enhance efficiency, and minimize delivery times.
- Collaborate closely with transportation providers and warehouse teams to ensure the timely delivery

of goods.

**Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure that all imported goods meet the necessary regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Work closely with regulatory agencies to obtain permits, licenses, and clearances as required.
- Continuously monitor and address changes in import regulations and trade restrictions.

**Job Specifications**:
**Education **:Minimum SPM or higher.

**Experience**: Preferably with a minimum of 1 year experience in Import & familiarity with all relevant Import and/or logistics operations

**Special Skills/ Training**:
Windows Office Application (MS Word, MS Excel, etc)

Custom Manifest system - E-Manifest / Cargo Unify / Dagangnet

Able to work independently & manage all related import departments

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
