Job Title: Host cum Admin Assistant

Overseeing Areas:
The Host cum Admin Assistant will report to the Director/Operation Manager and work closely with other teams, including Operations, Grooming, Boarding, and Retail, to ensure a seamless and integrated customer experience. The role involves collaborating with different departments to meet overall sales and customer satisfaction goals.

**Job Descriptions**:
Administration
- Assist in import and export of shop accessories and any related documents for custom
- Manage Data in Spreadsheet and reports
- Carry out clerical duties, including but not limited answering phones and preparing documents

Customer Engagement:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
- Provide information on various cat breeds, grooming services, boarding facilities, and cat products.

Sales and Product Knowledge:

- Actively promote and sell cats, grooming services, boarding packages, cat foods, and other products.
- Stay updated on the features and benefits of each product and service to effectively communicate with customers.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

Cat Adoption Assistance:

- Guide potential adopters through the cat adoption process.
- Provide information on the care and needs of different cat breeds to help customers make informed decisions.

Upselling and Cross-Selling:

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs.
- Encourage customers to explore additional products and services.

Cat Cafe Experience Enhancement:

- Promote the cat cafe experience to customers, encouraging visits and participation.
- Ensure a positive and enjoyable environment for customers within the cat cafe.

Inventory Management:

- Monitor product stock levels and communicate with the inventory team to restock as needed.
- Participate in inventory counts and report discrepancies to management.

Adaptability:

- Undertake any additional tasks reasonably requested by other department heads.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
