As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall human resources functions within our organization.

**1. Recruitment & Onboarding**
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- **Employee Relations & Engagement Activities**:

- Address employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
- Assist in managing employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
- Assist in employee engagement activities

**3. Performance Management**:

- Support the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to employees and managers.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
- **Training and Development**
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Support the development of career growth plans for employees.

**5. HR Policies and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.

**6. Compensation & Benefits Administration**:

- Administer employee benefits programs, including insurance, leave, and other welfare initiatives.
- Managing employee payroll and related activities.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with data protection laws.
- Generate HR reports and analytics as required.

**8. HR Project**
- Assist on various HR projects, such as system migration, and other strategic HR programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR functions, with a focus on generalist responsibilities. Experience in Payroll would be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
