Operator Brush Nickel

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in surface treatment processes is preferred.
- Experience in surface treatment, electroplating, or related manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of brush plating techniques, equipment operation, and chemical handling.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Attention to detail, precision, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to safety procedures and protocols.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, degreasing, and polishing to ensure proper adhesion of brush nickel finish.
- Monitor the plating process to ensure consistent and high-quality finishes, inspect finished products for defects, and make necessary adjustments.
- Perform regular maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure proper functionality and prevent downtime.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines for handling chemicals, disposing of waste, and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of process parameters, material usage, and production data.
- Coordinate with other team members, supervisors, and quality control personnel to meet production goals and resolve any issues.

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
