Brush Nickel Supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in surface treatment fabrication.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment, preferably in surface treatment or metal finishing.
- Strong knowledge of brush nickel coating processes, including equipment operation, chemical composition, and safety protocols.
- Familiarity with quality control standards and inspection techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is desirable.
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime or weekends as needed to meet production demands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Train and oversee a team of technicians in proper coating techniques, safety procedures, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, including proper handling and disposal of chemicals.
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot any technical issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to schedule production runs and prioritize orders to meet deadlines.
- Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure they meet customer specifications and company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, including materials usage, production rates, and quality control metrics.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments to address any concerns or issues that arise.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
