**Job Title: Tech Lead - SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)**

Are you a seasoned IT professional with a passion for system management and configuration? We are looking for a Tech Lead with expertise in System Center Configuration Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Tech Lead - SCCM, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and managing SCCM products and other Microsoft System Center solutions, ensuring seamless device management, app deployment, and compliance for our enterprise environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design, configure, and implement/upgrade System Center Configuration Manager products and Microsoft System Center and Infrastructure solutions.
- Utilize SCCM for device management, app deployment, software management, patch management, and reporting.
- Administer and configure Microsoft Intune and SCCM in the enterprise environment.
- Provide expert support for Configuration Manager deployed in customer environments.
- Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager for efficient device management.
- Manage OS image deployment for large corporate environments, ensuring reliable image infra support.
- Deployment, installation, and administration of Microsoft Office, Adobe, and other core products.
- Proficiently work with and troubleshoot IOS devices, Android devices, and Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Administer and deploy System Center Certification with the latest version.
- Manage, remediate, and report on device/workstation compliance in alignment with UCB policies.
- Design device inventory, distribution, metering, and compliance reports based on customer requirements.
- Automate processes and systems to align with UCB standards and regulatory requirements.
- Possess technical skills in endpoint management and endpoint security using Microsoft technologies.
- Manage network components such as TCP/IP, iSCSI, DNS, DHCP, Domain Controller replication, and organizational unit management.
- Design reports for SCCM and Intune consoles.

Good-to-Have Skills:

- Provide technical expertise, guidance, and strategic recommendations to other IT groups.
- Extensive knowledge of call logging systems such as BMC Remedy, Peregrine, etc.
- Good understanding and knowledge of the latest Windows Operating Systems (Server and Client OS).
- Familiarity with MS SQL Query building.
- Understand Active Directory Backup Technologies L2 (Veeam, NetBackup, HP DP).
- Knowledge of anti-virus, compliance patch management, and storage solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies and participate in design and problem management infrastructure workshops with Ops/Infra/Security teams.
- Investigate issues across the ecosystem as a strong collaborator.
