Accountants spend the majority of the work day **analyzing, collecting, compiling, and evaluating financial data**. Accountants also prepare a variety of reports and financial statements, from daily cash flow statements for small companies to annual financial reports for large organizations.

**Basic roles or functions within the department**:

- Accounts receivable.
- Accounts payable
- Financial controls.
- Financial reporting
- Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize and execute financial tasks and projects of the organization.
- Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecasts.
- Assist the Finance manager & CEO to managed and lead a team of accounting staff in the full spectrum of finance functions include but not limited to account payable & receivables, cashflow, inventory, taxation and monthly and annual financial reporting.
- Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.
- Liaise with external auditor, tax consultant, bankers
- Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained
- Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.

Requirement:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Bac.Degree, Master's Degree in Management Finance/Accountancy, ACCA, MIA, CIMA, LCCI or related field.
- Experience in Management Accounting, Auditing or a related field may be preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles.
- 5 years of work experience as a Finance / Accounting Manager.
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
- Great interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP system, and other financial planning software.
- Preference Age below < 40
- Full-Time position(s) available
