**Finance & HR Manager**

Working Days:5-day work week

Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm

Salary Range: S$4500-S$6500

Office: Tuas South

Manage the Accounting, HR and Admin function of the organization, which include the reviewing of financial policies and procedures, variance analysis and management reporting. Details of responsibilities include:

- Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to local & Corporate HQ
- Review financial procedures and policies to identify process improvements while balancing the need for proper governance and internal controls.
- Review and monitor Cash Flows
- Provide support by liaising with Process Owners from other departments on all aspects of manufacturing costs
- Liaise with with Auditors, Tax Consultants and Corp. Sec on company’s matters
- Check & Maintenance of Fixed Assets
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Recruitment, compensation and benefits administration including developing and implementing effective HR policies and procedures
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Manage Singapore payroll process and reporting, Leave management and human resource information system, ensure data accuracy and processes are efficient and timely executed, and review regularly for enhancements.
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Assist in Corporate Social Responsibility work, and ensure a safe work environment.
- Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation and all HR related matters
- Source, recommend and evaluate training vendors
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner
- Support company administrative operations.
- Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior/management team from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accountancy/Human Resources/Business or its equivalent
- Preferably a Chartered Accountant & Human Resources at least 5 years of working experience in a similar role.
- Competent knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards and other finance/ statutory requirements
- Familiar with MOM regulations and HR best practices
