**Account Cum Admin Assistant**
Working Location: Kranji
**Salary**: $2,400-$2,600 (Depending on Experience and Qualifications)
Working Days: 5.5 Days (Alternate Saturdays)
Working Hours:Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm, Sat 8.30am - 1.00pm
**Responsibilities**:
- Handling AP, AR & GL
- Handle petty cash disbursement and process staff claims
- Bank reconciliation
- Deposit paid/received schedule
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Finance/Accounting
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Possess strategic thinking, able to take initiatives and pro-active attitude
- Require skill(s): Proficient in MS Excel & Words (Excel skills.ie. VLOOKUP, Pivot Table), SAP
- Able to start work within short notice
