Admin Account Assistant

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in closing monthly accounts.
- Assist in day to day operations.
- Ensure all the invoice's, Do's, receipt's, PO's in proper order.
- To issue and check invoices, Debit/Credit Notes, JV and other transactions.
- Prepare receipts, payment voucher, invoices and statements.
- Prepare additional reports as request by management.
- Assist in preparing payroll.
- Maintain accounting books and records
- To record, bank in and issue official receipt.
- Bank Reconciliation.
- To issue payment vouchers and cheques.
- To assist superior in all matters related to account and admin.
- Responsible for general office administration and any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Assist Superior in daily admin duties.
- To maintain proper filing systems
- Assist in manage office (Cleaner, Stationary, Pantry, etc)
**Requirements and skills**
- Diploma in Accounting/ Administration or equivalent.
- Work experience as an Accountant.
- Disciplined and timely manner.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
