Accounts and Admin Executive

Responsible for day to day accounting and finance duties such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, petty cash, payment vouchers, reconciliation, debtors & creditors aging etc. Checking and reconciliation of hotel booking against the online platform, monitoring cashflows, preparing analysis reports, P&L, Balance sheets items Liase with auditors, company secretary, tax agents, consultants, financial institutions, solicitors and other related parties if need arises. To follow up, updating on sales & customers record, loan status. To update and assist in admin matters & payrolls & statutory Ensure proper filling of documents Assist in monitoring the Hotel operation Supporting other administrative tasks if required
