**JOB DESCRIPTION**

As an Accounts cum Admin Executive, you will be at the intersection of finance

and daily office operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and efficient

administrative management. This position will require a blend of accounting

knowledge and administrative skills to support our company’s ongoing activities.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage daily accounting tasks including invoicing, accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Handle payroll processing and resolve any discrepancies
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders as necessary
- Coordinate with external agencies like banks, auditors, and government tax offices
- Assist in office management and organization procedures
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or relevant field
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive, Admin Executive, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with accounting software
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Result oriental, proactive and independent
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with honesty and integrity

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
