- Establish/maintain good relationships with existing customers, explore and identify new customers.

**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prepare monthly Action Plan and Update Sales Pipeline report.
- Actively source for new corporate customers through cold calling and telemarketing to promote car leasing services
- To ensure all enquiries, quotation and monthly rental is acknowledging or respond within 24 hrs.
- Provide customers the complete vehicle information with cost, terms & condition.
- Prepare lease agreements with contract and lease terms, credits and warranties.
- To ensure all the check in & check out is done as per SOP.
- Ensure SSO is follow up with client arrangements.
- Promote car rental business to corporate clients and retail customers
- Exploring the new segments/industries, Government, Non-Government & private related organizations for more business opportunities.
- Update on the customer database enable to trace/follow up customer requirement.
- Actively striving for best practices in customer satisfaction.
- Handle on problem solving for the customer compliant & request.
- Maintain a close working relationship with the operation teams & Finance teams.
- Meet every month sales volume Key performance indicators (KPI’s) as advised by the management.
- **Position Available : Johor Bahru & Kuantan**

**Salary**: From RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuantan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 5 years (required)
