Sales Executive

1) The job involves sales planning and plan execution, training and coaching, monitoring sales performance. You are required to solve all sales related issues, challenges and problems and achieve your personal sales target and group sales target.
2) You should contribute your expertise, idea and know how, stand firmly behind the company and championing for company’s cause and aspirations under whatever challenging environment.
3) You must always motivated and positive, energetic and enthusiastic, always want to do more, perform better and willing to go extra mile and go full swing to achieve and exceed sales target. This positive attributes will ensure that group target and KPI can always be achieved.
4) Responsible to achieve Sales Target/KPI set by the company
5) Responsible for achieving your personal sales target/KPI
6) Responsible for achieving SOP of all sales personnel and sales agents
7) Actively using Pre-Empt strategy to Pre-Empt the market for our advantage
8) Coaching and motivating sales personnel and agents, tracking their performance and achievement and coordinating sales administrative work related to sales & marketing, and to comply with risk management and compliance at all times
9) Plan and schedule sales team activities such as roadshow, corporate sales, sales blitzes/one to one sales, tele-marketing, etc
10) To cultivate and grow the sales in the market and all TMpoint outlets under our group
11) To identify and acquire new sales outside the outlet through one to one/group sales/direct marketing/roadshow, blitz, etc
12) To identify and acquire key accounts to increase sales
13) Maintain a good relationship with all customers, both indoor & outdoor to generate more sales
14) Support improvements to outlet for growing sales and profitability
15) Support company’s initiative such as 5S Program, ISO, branding requirements, audits and other quality management program
16) Identity and recruit potential sales staff/sales agents to bring in more sales to the outlet
17) Developing good relationships with all sales agents and motivate them to bring in more sales
18) Increasing outlet profitability, growing business volumes and improving market share
19) Identifying key trends, needs, development and competitive activities in the industry and communicating those back to the management
20) Proactively identifying sales and business opportunities, and executing action plans to improve profitability and market share
21) Supporting strategic direction of the company to grow sales and business
22) Identifying industry operations issues and championing solutions and best practices
23) Doing personal sales and assist sales team in prospecting for new customers
25) Manage time and plan work schedules to ensure that sales targets/KPI is achieved
26) Ensure yourself, all sales staff and agents achieve their respective standard of performance (SOP) set out by the management
27) Support management in sales recruitment and training of sales force and sales agents
28) To be accountable for all integrity issue relating yourself and your team members in all areas of the job
29) Prepare and update training materials to ensure up-to-date training information is available at all times
30) Coordinate and conduct sales training
31) Develop methods, techniques and criteria for evaluating training effectiveness
32) To pacify irate, fussy and difficult customers, both indoor and outdoor and avoid having to refer to higher authorities
34) To assist management to manage the sales operation when the management are not available
35) To find solution to solve all problems and challenges
36) To take up all job assignment delegate by management
37) To prepare sales report to management on a timely manner
38) Fully utilize the company’s MIS Portal to manage and increase sales and ensure total customer satisfaction
39) To assist management overseeing the business operation of the outlet or other outlets under our group where necessary
40) To assist management to identify the weaknesses in the operation, processes, and human resource, etc
41) To assist management to enhance the operation/processes
42) To report all issues and problems pertaining to the business
43) To find solution to solve all problems and challenges
44) To ensure all new recruits to go through intensive sales and product knowledge training before they are allowed to promote TM products
45) To demonstrate to new recruits various sales techniques to sell to different prospect and handling a wide range of sales objection
46) To monitor closely sales team performance and comparing performance with plan
47) To minimize sales staff turnover by providing proper training, guidance and sales support
48) To conduct regular sales meeting with all sales personnel
49) To recruit aggressive, hard working and highly discipline sales staff with high integrity and credibility
