Account & Admin Associate

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage payables & receivables for the company including bank reconciliation
- Responsible for filing all company documents
- Liase with, and assist our external accounting partner for monthly filing submission
- Prepare the tax computation, CP204 filing and tax installments
- Assist in any tax audits by the Inland Revenue Board of the Customs department and ensure completeness of submissions
- Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accuracy, handling tax matters, and addressing compliance issues.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, staying informed about changes in labor laws and updating policies accordingly.
- Handling opertaional HR matters (process statutory payment i.e. EPF SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax, Payroll, EA forms preparation, Memo, Leave and Medical claims) and ensure timely submission.
- Any other ad-hoc task assigned from time to time
**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Diploma/ Degree in Accounting or related courses
- Good knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
- Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
- Good organizational and time-management abilities

- Located at Vista Kirana, Ayer Keroh Melaka
- Monday to Friday, 830am to 530pm
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
