Hello Joy is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our team. As Malaysia's happiest gifting platform, we strive to bring joy and smiles to our customers' faces. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the positive, joyful atmosphere that defines Hello Joy.

**Customer Interaction**:

- Provide accurate information about Hello Joy's products, services, and promotions.
- Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues they may encounter.

**Problem Resolution**:

- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with empathy and a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with other teams to address complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions for future reference.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Hello Joy's product offerings.
- Stay updated on new products, features, and promotions to better assist customers.
- Customer Feedback:

- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Share insights with the team to contribute to ongoing service enhancements.

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist in administrative tasks related to customer service, such as data entry and maintaining customer records.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously streamline and improve customer service processes.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
