i. Able to review drawings from consultants and use that information to come up with the best possible solutions for the project assigned. ii. Assist where required in the co-ordination of the internal design team / eternal department to conclude detail design in preparation. iii. Liaise, where appropriate, with members of the external team and other associated organizations or companies. iv. Able to produce coordinated cad drawings from hand sketches. v. To develop design from the conceptual idea to detailed construction drawings for commercial projects and ensure the design intent is implemented in the final built form. vi. Able to recommendations to resolve when any problems arise. vii. Ability to understand and formulate design decisions and present for discussion. viii. Able to manage the timeliness of the progress of the project. ix. Take responsibility, where required by the project leader, for specific areas of the design and project development
