To handle warranty claims, technical issues, complaints, investigations, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other inquiries in a timely manner
- To build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- To work effectively with the team to ensure all customer interactions and transactions are processed in a timely manner.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies as given.
- Record customer feedback/complaints and report to management.

Job Requirement
- At least 1 year of contact center/customer service management experience is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Minimum university educational level or equivalent further education;
- Personality traits - Good attitude, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, ethical, and goal-focused;
- Customer service skills - Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasion, and communication skills;
- Analytical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills;
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work in a pressured environment;
- Shift based on the roster: 5 days a week; off days based on roster.
- Flexible and willing to work various shifts if required (midnight, public holidays, and weekends).
