Job description
1) To handle full set accounts for the outlet
2) Ensure smooth and efficient operations of the Account and Finance Departments for the outlet
3) To ensure timely and accurate month-end closing and year end closing of accounts
4) To perform daily checking of bank balance and bank statements in the system
5) To calculate, check and verify daily sales
6) To maintain suppliers database
7) To be incharged of reconciliation of bank statements and cash book
8) To be responsible for checking and verifying treasury balance
9) To ensure all accounting records are filled neatly, systematically and properly labeled for easy retrieval
11) Any ad hoc duties as requested by Group Finance Manager
**Requirements**:
3) Proactive, meticulous and result oriented
4) Ability to work in a fast paced environment and ability to withstand pressure
5) Strong / well versed in Microsoft office is added advantage
6) Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
7) 2 vacancies available: to be based at Shah Alam
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
