**About the hiring company**
This is a well established leading property business organization with substantial mixed development projects across the country. They are the property division of a public listed company listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia. The company,engaged primarily in the business of property development and property management is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join their professional finance team in the property management division.
**The job role**
Report directly to the Manager of Planning and Reporting.
Key responsibilities include management reporting,financial planning and taxation. Main task is to provide financial support to the property management team across a portfolio of properties to ensure timely accurate reporting, forecasting and analysis which will contribute to commercial decisions.
As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for financial reporting and variance analysis, budget planning and control, cashflow administration and reporting to relevant external bodies and authorities.
You will provide support to the finance operation team in the preparation of monthly management account, quarterly segmental reporting requirements for group reporting and financial performance presentation and financial statements.
Provide support in statutory audit and tax matters.
Responsible for budget and cashflow management.
**The person**
Applicants must be a Malaysian, male or female and should possess accounting qualification, either a Bachelor degree or ACCA/CIMA graduate with significant experience in the property business industry. We will accord a high regard if you are a member of MIA.
A significant experience of 5-8 years in a similar financial portfolio role within property management, leasing,REITS, mall management.
Excellent communication skills (English, BM and Chinese/Mandarin)
