Business Development Executive

_**Responsibilities**:_
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, advertisers, and partners.
- Understand client needs and objectives, ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions to meet their business goals.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive advertising and sponsorship revenue for the business magazine.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase revenue streams.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
- .Analyze market data to develop insights and strategies for maximizing advertising and sponsorship opportunities.
Proposal Development:
- Create compelling and customized proposals for clients, showcasing the value of advertising and sponsorship opportunities within the magazine.
- .Collaborate with the editorial and design teams to develop creative and effective proposals.
Negotiation and Contract Management:
- Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Manage the contract process, including drafting, review, and execution.
Networking and Industry Engagement:
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the magazine and establish new business connections.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments to identify potential partnership opportunities.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and market trends.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data to enhance overall business development strategies.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Collaborate with the editorial, marketing, and design teams to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns and deliverables.
- Communicate client feedback and needs to internal teams for continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the media or publishing industry.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with advertising and sponsorship models in the publishing industry.
- Possess own transport.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
