**Job Purpose**

Assistant manager provides direct assistance and reporting to managers. This role will require overseeing day-to-day operations within the organization, providing direct feedback to staff, managing interviews, and hiring new staff in consultation with reporting Manager.

Help drive department transformation programs which may include implementing fresh approaches, streamlining processes and documentation.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Oversee day-to-day operations and work of IT Team
- Oversee New Outlet Opening without any disruptions.
- Assists manage company’s IT infrastructure / system.
- Take part in project management activities.
- Setup, integrates and maintains network, server & system.
- Document network / system configurations, procedures.
- Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
- Provides solutions and improve platform architecture, security, and performance.
- Troubleshoots IT related hardware / system / network issues.
- Contribute to Designing and implementing disaster management plan.
- Evaluates and maintains software licensing and inventory management
- Participates in proposals, task orders, development reviews and technical initiatives as a senior technical resource to the project.
- Provide guidance to efficiently manage 0365 technology & Active Directory
- Vendor management

**Qualification & Experience**
- Degree or Master in IT/Computer Science or related discipline; Equivalent training and experience will be considered.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Food & Beverage or Retail is an added advantage.
- Leadership skills combined with diplomacy, tact and maturity is essential.

**Skills**
- Experience in POS would be preferred.
- Knowledge in WAN, LAN, network security.
- Knowledge in Windows domain platform.
- Knowledge in 0365 domain would be preferred.
- Knowledge of ITIL V3/V4 would be added advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis of hardware/Software systems
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
- Ability to manage personnel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
